About Green Tara Healing
At Green Tara Healing, we are dedicated to facilitating a reconnection between you and your internal healing power. Stress, anxiety, and depression are negatively affecting people’s health and wellbeing all around the world. Now, many are considering alternative ways to improve their lives.
As a qualified Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher, I have over 25 years combined experience. In Reiki, I am trained in the Japanese Usui Tradition and have 5+ years of experience using this method to help individuals through their healing journeys. I have also trained at The Biomedical Institute of Yoga and Meditation and taught meditation for 5+ years, along with 25 years experience as a practitioner.
Reiki is an ancient practice that helps us balance our energy, clear a mental pathway, and allow the natural healing processes in the body to work more effectively. This allows us to embody a healing energy to improve everyday life in all forms, from feeling more peaceful to having more vitality to enjoy life.
Meditation practices are now commonly recommended by various health professionals to help improve Mental Health. There are many benefits to a regular meditation routine such as: Stress Relief, Reduced Anxiety & Depression, Improved Immune System & Better Sleep. Meditation not only allows us to improve our health but also creates deeper connections with ourselves. There is an opportunity for every individual to grow spiritually and create a happier and more fulfilled life for themselves.
I have personally experienced the great benefits that Reiki and Meditation can provide. PTSD once had a detrimental effect on my wellbeing, but I was able to reprogram my triggers and create new trauma free thought patterns using alternative treatments. On my own personal journey, I discovered the importance of combining clinical healthcare with alternative methods to facilitate mind and body healing.
